Terms

All purchases over the internet must be paid with a credit card or paypal account.  All orders that do not process will be held until payment is made.

Warranty

All products manufactured by Synergy Racing Technologies (SRT) are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. (See specific product for exact details of Warranty). Defective product will be replaced or credit given at our option. SRT makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.  SRT will not be held liable for any loss or damages incidental, direct or consequential from the use of, or inability to use, SRT products.  Use other than specified voids warranty.  Any alterations to product or product mounting area also voids warranty.

Returns

SRT products will be accepted for return provided a return authorization is obtained within ten (10) days of receipt of product.  If return is caused by customer error, a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be charged.  Custom made components will not be accepted for return.

Shipping

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.  All orders will be processed the next business day after the order is submitted and will be shipped out the following business day subject to availability.  All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST (noon) on Friday will be processed on the following business day (Monday).  All orders must be submitted before 8:00 a.m. PST in order to be processed for the next day. All  express deliveries will be processed same day subject to availability.

Disclaimer

Motorcycle riding and racing is an inherently dangerous activity and mishaps in unloading and loading or otherwise can result in injury or death. Each participant in competition or otherwise must assume the responsibility to assess safety aspects of facilities, conditions and equipment, and must assume all risks of use or otherwise.
